The Western Australian Cricket Association
plays an integral role in the development of cricketers
and coaches within Western Australian Cricket. The WACA
provides a variety of coaching courses and programs to
the cricket fraternity of Western Australia.
The WACA conducts Cricket Australia endorsed
courses, which are both delivered centrally (at the
WACA) and in metropolitan zones and country regions.
The newly accredited Introduction
to Cricket Course (has replaced the old
Level 0) and is an online course. Completion of the
Introduction to Coaching Course is a prerequisite
for enrolling in a Level 1 Course. The Introduction
to Cricket course can be completed on the Cricket
Australia website.
