When will Corporate Hospitality packages
for this coming cricket season be available?
Depending on the release of cricket fixtures, corporate
packages will be released in late July/early August.
If you would like to be added to our mailing list when
packages are released, please email corporate@waca.com.au.
Is there availability in Corporate areas
for the cricket season?
There are limited spaces available in some Corporate
areas. However Corporate Suites are fully subscribed
and there is currently a waiting list for these Suites.
If you would like to be added to this waiting list,
please email corporate@waca.com.au.
I am a current Corporate member of the WACA-
will I be able to renew my corporate package for
the coming year?
Yes, all current corporate members will be given
the first right of refusal to renew their corporate
package.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into
a Corporate area?
The WACA is a fully licensed venue, and food and
beverages can only be supplied by our internationally
recognised in-ground caterer – Delaware North
Australia
Does my seasonal suite allow me to entertain
at concerts and other WACA events?
Yes, all seasonal suite holders will be given first
right of refusal at all concerts, including preferential
discounts to WACA held events (subject to availability)
Functions
Am I able to bring in my own catering for
a function booked at the WACA?
As caterers to the venue, Delaware North Australia
have exclusive rights to being the supplier of all
food and beverage to the ground.
I would like to book a function room at
the WACA- how do I know which room is most suitable?
This will be dependent on availability, number of
attendees and the required room set up. A representative
from the WACA Functions Department would be delighted
to recommend the most suitable space for your next
function. Please call (08) 9265 7288 or email functions@waca.com.au.
Will I have to pay a deposit to secure my
booking?
Full payment of your function will be required at
least 7 working days prior to your event. An invoice
will be sent to you once all details have been confirmed.
I know which room I would like to book-
how will I know if it’s available for a specified
date?
Please contact the WACA Functions Department to
confirm the availability of any function area. Please
also note that due to the commencement of the cricket
season in October, we are not able to confirm any function
bookings from October onwards until the fixtures are
released in May/June of the same year. |
