WILLOW ROOM
This premium split level function area features down the wicket views of the WACA Ground. This room is ideal for a range of Cocktail events, Buffet Dinners, informal lunches and many business presentations.

WILLOW ALFRESCO
Enjoy the benefits of entertaining in the true outdoor climate for which Western Australia is famous. This area is the ideal accompaniment to the Willow Room and affords you the luxury of an area perfect for cocktail parties and the less formal event. Please note: Available for entertaining only. Not suitable for business meetings.

PRESIDENTS ROOM
This represents one of the most outstanding corporate meeting and entertaining alternatives available in the Perth Sports environment. If you need to entertain, to reward, to secure the deal of the century, then the Presidents Room is unrivalled. With breathtaking views from the 4th level of the Prindiville Stand, the Presidents Room is ideally suited to business meetings, business lunches and functions with a different visual perspective.

BERT RIGG, ALLAN EDWARDS & BRYANT ROOMS
These more traditional function rooms, represent a range of meeting room options that fulfill all of your business meeting needs. These rooms have audio/visual capabilities, and can accommodate meetings in various room configurations from 10 up to 80 guests.

BOUNDARY ROOM
The Boundary Room has many variables which allows it to accommodate guest numbers up to approximately 450 persons (theatre style), and can be comfortably divided into Boundary North & South.
The Boundary Room is located in the recently refurbished Lillee-Marsh Stand, and is a room with a warm softness that emanates from the quality furnishings and fittings throughout.
Ideal for the larger Conference group, the more formal dinner, and the larger Cocktail event with style, this room also features the latest in audio visual services to further enhance your event.

PLAYERS PAVILION
This is one of the most unique venues in Western Australia, that allows you to experience the atmosphere of international cricket, whilst hosting your next business meeting or function with a difference.
An invitation to the Players Pavilion will be a valued invitation for any of your business guests or special clients.

BRADMAN ROOM
The superlatives to truly describe the Bradman Room are all too many to mention here. Some key words that spring to mind are: style, sophistication, savvy, sassy and serene!
There is no more opulent or unique venue for your next event available in the Perth market.

The Bradman Room lends itself to company board meetings, sophisticated cocktail parties, dinners with class and character. To describe this room as simply a venue is to understate its place as a truly unique experience. In the tradition of the great man whose name it bears, the Bradman Room is a great room for a great sense of occasion.

UPPER EAST GRASS BANK
Located next to the Players Pavilion, this unique area has only a minor slope, and is blessed with considerable shade in the late afternoon through summer.
This provides a wonderful perspective for an outdoor cocktail party, Australiana barbeque or something a little formal with a westward view across dusk and over the Perth city skyline.

UPPER WEST GRASS BANK
This area faces the historical scoreboard, east and across to Burswood, and is ideal for that late afternoon event in spring, summer and autumn.
In summer, the wafting of the afternoon sea breeze off the Swan River combined with shade and the rustling trees and ambiance associated with nearby Queens Gardens, ensures that this represents a wonderful open-air event in a relaxed environment

WEST AND EAST BANKS
Whilst these sloping grass areas are ideally suited to the purpose of viewing great sporting and on-ground activities at the WACA, they also provide the opportunity for less formal events that may be a wonderful alternative.
Imagine watching some live entertainment, perhaps a theatrical show or even a keynote guest speaker whilst enjoying a relaxing picnic basket or gourmet hamper box on a blanket.

SOUTH WEST PAVILION
This area is fully paved, and covered to provide shade on those warmer days. This area also captures the magnificent ‘Fremantle Doctor’ breeze directly off the Swan River to provide a wonderful entertaining location on a balmy Perth evening.
The gradient of this area also means that this area can also be set up with tables and chairs for a sit down buffet meal or a selection of gourmet delicacies barbequed before your very eyes by our renowned Chefs.

NORTH-EAST PODIUM
In the redevelopment of the WACA Ground in 2002, this grassed area was created with a view to providing an optimum area for marquees within the secure grounds of a world-class sporting venue.
This magnificent area provides a vista to the southwest, taking in the setting sun in the west, and the Perth skyline in the distance.

WACA ARENA
The hallowed turf of the WACA was once considered sacrosanct … this is no longer the case. Available for approval at certain times of the year, the arena is opportune for selected styles of events, such as marquees, concerts, film screenings and exhibitions

In 2003 & 2004, the arena featured world-class events as diverse as:

  • Concerts by renowned international acts:
Andrea Bocelli, Fleetwood Mac, Meat Loaf and KISS
  • An under marquee 10,000 sq.metre exhibition - The 2003 Boat & Dive Show
  • A classical concert - Vivaldi’s Four Seasons
