Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much is a WACA Membership?
A: Once accepted to the waitlist, the next step before you are offered Membership is a one-off nomination fee, currently set at $305 for adults and $115 for juniors. Once you are offered nomination and it is paid, you will be offered full Membership for the upcoming season. The fees for a full WACA Membership depend on where you live and the type of membership category you choose. See our payments and renewals page for a breakdown of prices. Concession rates may be available for those aged 65+, associated club players and those that live in regional areas.
Q: Are there any age limits to Membership?
A: A WACA Waitlist application may be lodged at any time, irrespective of the age. Applicants will be offered full Membership when they have reached the top of the waitlist and are at least six years of age as of 1 October of that year. All Waitlist Members under the age of six will remain on the list until they turn six and are able to take up Membership when it becomes available.
Q: Why can I only sign up to the WACA Membership Waitlist via the website?
A: Signing up online allows each application to be processed in order of sign up. This provides a fair system to offer Membership on a first-come first-served basis.

A: No, the WACA Waitlist fee is paid only at the initial join stage. Once Membership becomes available, you will be offered nomination, leading to full Membership.

A: Once you have signed up you will receive a confirmation email. You will then be issued a WACA Member ID number.
