The WACA has announced the new coach for Western Australia's elite women's cricket team, the Western Fury.
Steve Philippe, currently Head of Cricket at Guildford Grammar School, will take charge of the Fury.
Philippe will lead the WA women's cricket team following the departure of Paul Wilson. Philippe has over 15 years experience as an elite coach, including a previous stint as WA State women's coach and time as WA State Under-17's coach.
