Western Australian cricket fans will have the first opportunity to see what the nation's great rival England has to offer in the upcoming Ashes series, with tickets for the state's two Tour Matches featuring the travelling side now on-sale.

England will play three Tour Matches across the country prior to the First Magellan Ashes Test (23 November, GABBA), the opening of which will be a two-day clash against a WA XI at the WACA Ground on 4-5 November.

The tourists then return to Perth for a two-day match against a CA XI at South Perth's Richardson Park once the Test series has begun.

Access to the first Tour Match at the WACA Ground is included in the season package for WACA Members.

Tickets for the matches are $10 for adults, $5 concession, with juniors 15-years-old and under free (ticket still required).

Tickets are available at universe.com/wacatourmatch.

Perth's November Tour Match will launch a historic Ashes for the WACA Ground, which will host its final Australia-England Test Match before cricket's greatest rivalry shifts to Perth Stadium for future showdowns.

England's Tour Match schedule will take them to Adelaide, Perth and Townsville as part of the side's preparations for the blockbuster Ashes series.

England will play five tour matches in total – three ahead of the first Test, one between the second and third Tests and a one-day tour match in Sydney ahead of the One-Day International series in early 2018.

After the first match in Perth, the England squad will move to Adelaide to take on some of Australia’s rising stars in a four-day, day-night match against the Cricket Australia XI at Adelaide Oval from 8 November.

Townsville’s Tony Ireland Stadium will then host England in a second four-day match from 15 November, again taking on a CA XI, ahead of the First Test at the GABBA commencing on 23 November.
