Carlton Mid ODI Series, KFC T20 Big Bash League
South West Members Pavilion
WACA Members will have the option to purchase a reserved seat for the Carlton Mid One Day Series and KFC T20 Big Bash league matches.

The reserved seating system gives Members who do not wish to queue early the opportunity to purchase a reserved seat for the duration of the days play, in a shaded area, for themselves and their Transferable Guest Card holder.
  • Members reserved seats will now remain reserved for the entire days play. Match Day Staff managing the reserved seating area will ask Members and their Guests to produce their seating tickets upon arrival at the South West Members Pavilion.
  • If you apply for multiple days of reserved seating and not all days are available, you will be allocated the days you have requested which are available.
Cost
The cost of South West Members Pavilion reserved seating is:
Carlton Mid One Day Series
$40 per seat per day
KFC T20 Big Bash League
$80 per seat for all 4 home matches
Terms and Conditions are applied for respective cricket series.
 
Application process
Members can apply ONLINE or submit an application form.
 
The following information is to assist Members in completing the application process.
  • Indicate the number of seats required. Seats are available for Members to purchase for themselves and their Transferable Guest Card holder only.
  • Please complete the special seating requirements if you have a medical condition or disability that requires special seating consideration. Please attach documentation to support your request. While every effort will be made to accommodate these requests, no guarantees can be given. You will be contacted directly if we are unable to accommodate your request.
  • Members who are unsuccessful in obtaining reserved seating will be advised.
  • A maximum of six (6) Members and Transferable Guest Card holders will be considered for group seating allocations. Members who wish to be seated together must note this on all application forms. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate these requests, no guarantees can be given. Preference will be given to immediate family Members who wish to sit together.
In submitting an application for reserved seating in the South West Members Pavilion, Members agree to abide by the details already outlined and the following conditions of application below:
 
Conditions of Purchase
  • If you apply for multiple days of reserved seating and not all days are available, you will be allocated the days you have requested which are available.
  • The reserving of seats for a Transferable Guest Card holder is on the condition that the Member themselves will be present.
  • Seats will be allocated on a best available basis, from the rear of the reserved seating area forward
  • Refunds will not be issued to Members who are not satisfied with their reserved seating location.
  • Reserved seating tickets do not entitle the holder access to the Members Enclosure. Members and their Transferable Guest Card holders must scan their 2014-15 WACA Member Cards to gain access.
  • Members are not guaranteed the same reserved seats for all nominated days.
  • Members who forfeit their reserved seating will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Members who are successful in the reserved seating allocation will be notified in writing.
  • Members who are unsuccessful in obtaining reserved seating will also be advised.
