Vodafone Test Match and Commonwealth Bank Series
 
South West Members Pavilion
WACA Members will have the option to purchase a reserved seat for days 1-3 of the Vodafone Test Match and the Commonwealth Bank Series matches. The reserved seating system gives Members who do not wish to queue early the opportunity to purchase a reserved seat for the duration of the days play, in a shaded area, for themselves and their Transferable Guest Card holder
 
New for 2012-13
  • Members reserved seats will now remain reserved for the entire days play.  Match Day Staff managing the reserved seating area will ask Members and their Guests to produce their seating tickets upon arrival at the South West Members Pavilion.
  • Due to the loss of seating behind the sight screen we have limited the reserved seating available to Block B and Block C of the South West Members Pavilion. These seats will be in the shade for the majority of the day.
  • If you apply for multiple days of reserved seating and not all days are available, you will be allocated  the days you have requested which are available.
Cost
The cost of South West Members Pavilion reserved seating is $30 per seat, per day.
 
Members wishing to sit together
A maximum of six (6) Members and Transferable Guest Card holders will be considered for group seating allocations. Members who wish to be seated together must note this on all application forms.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate these requests, no guarantees can be given. Preference will be given to immediate family Members who wish to sit together. 
 
Application process
The application period for reserved seating will open on 1 October 2012 and close at 5.00pm on 31 October 2012. To apply, simply complete and return the Your Summer of Cricket application form which will arrive with your 2012-13 Member Cards.
Conditions of Purchase
  • If the WACA Membership office receives fewer reserved seating applications than available seats, applications will be processed on a date received basis.  
  • If the WACA Membership office receives more reserved seating applications than available seats, all reserved seats will be allocated on length of WACA Membership.
  • If you apply for multiple days of reserved seating and not all days are available, you will be allocated  the days you have requested which are available.
  • The reserving of seats for a Transferable Guest Card holder is on the condition that the Member themselves will be present.
  • Seats will be allocated on a best available basis,  from the rear of the reserved seating area forward.
  • Refunds will not be issued to Members who are not satisfied with their reserved seating location.
  • Reserved seating tickets do not entitle the holder access to the Members Enclosure. Members and their Transferable Guest Card holders must scan their 2012-13 WACA Member Cards to gain access.
  • Members are not guaranteed the same reserved seats for all nominated days.
  • Members who forfeit their reserved seating will not be eligible for a refund.
Prindiville Stand
We are pleased to offer WACA Members a limited number of seats in the Prindiville Stand to purchase for themselves and/or their Guests for days 1-3 of the Vodafone Test Match and Commonwealth Bank Series matches during the 2012-13 season. 
 
Cost
Vodafone Test Match days 1-3 
$100.00 per day
Commonwealth Bank Series $105.00 per day
      
Conditions of Purchase
  • Due to the limited number of tickets available, Members can purchase a maximum of two (2) seats per day. Members are reminded that the Prindiville Stand is a public stand and there are no Membership
  • privileges/facilities available in this Stand. If the WACA Membership office receives more Prindiville Stand reserved seating applications than available seats, preference will be given to Members who have purchased Prindiville Stand reserved seating over the past two (2) seasons. 
WACA Membership Refund Policy GuidelinesNo refunds will be issued to Members who purchase reserved seating for international matches other than under the Refund Policy Guidelines (i) and (ii) as detailed below:

(i) Members who purchase reserved seating may be eligible for a refund of up to 100% of the purchase price per seat, less a $5.00 administration fee (per seat), if less than ten (10) overs were played during that day and neither side won the match on that day and the match did not end in a draw.
(ii) Members who purchase reserved seating may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the purchase price per seat, less $5.00 administration fee (per seat), if exactly ten (10) or more overs but less than twenty-five (25) overs were played during that day and neither side won the match on that day and the match did not end in a draw.
