Female Cricket
Club Cricket
The Female Club Cricket competition is played on Sunday afternoons around the Perth metropolitan area. Both T20 and 40 over formats are played through A and B Grade teams. All new players are welcome. To find out more about how to join your nearest club please contact WACA Female Cricket Manager Jamie Lamont.
 
Junior Competition - u15s
For girls aged 11-15 who are interested in continuing their cricket pathway. The u15 competition is an engaging, high participation and development program (T20 Format).
 
Separate 6-7 week competitions run in Term 4 2013 and Term 1 2014 (north and south of the river).

Junior Competition - u18s
For girls aged 15-18 this competition gives girls a chance to continue playing cricket in their age group across different formats - T20, Indoor, Night Games and 40 over Games. 4 teams across the Metropolitan area will compete in a fun, development and inclusive environment.

Girls Country Cricket Carnival
For country girls who have played cricket and have not turned 14 by the 1st of July 2013. The Carnival is played in Perth and the girls stay for two nights competing against each other (usually based on their region). State Selectors for the u15s Squad will attend this Carnival. The Carnival will be held from the 8th - 10th of January 2014.
 
North v South
The Tomlinson Shield pits the best of the northern high schools against the best of the southern high schools, with the river separating them. South has won the competition each year since it began in 2008.
A Game Development Match (T20) followed by a High Performance Match (T40) are played at the magnificent James Oval at UWA.
 
Entry Level
Entry Level Programs for Girls include:
  • Milo In2Cricket - for girls aged 5-10
  • T20 Blast - for girls aged 8-12
Learn lots of new cricket skills as well as important social skills, make new friends and most importantly - Have Fun!
