Returns and Exchanges
In the event of an order requiring a refund or exchange, the WACA will do so (in accordance with the following conditions) only if the item/s is returned within 30 days of delivery and is accompanied by a valid receipt.

We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience everytime you order from waca.com.au, however there may be times when the goods you order are not exactly what you wanted or expected.

Damaged Goods: Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them; damaged or defective goods should be returned immediately. We ask that you inform us within 30 working days of receipt. At our discression, we will replace the goods or refund the purchase price.

Incorrectly Ordered Goods: If goods are ordered incorrectly, the WACA will happily exchange items (incurring additional postage charges) however no refund will be available. This may include items being returned due to incorrect sizing or colour variance. Only goods that have not been worn or washed will be accepted and must be supplied in the original condition and packaging.
Please provide a copy of your receipt, payment option to cover new postage charges and detailed reason for return.

The WACA has made every reasonable attempt to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed in this catalogue. All colours of garments and accessories have been reproduced as accurately as possible and our garment sizing chart is based on the manufacturers standard sizing. Online merchandise has been included in the belief that it is available, however some items may become unavailable due to delays experienced by suppliers. If re-ordering items from suppliers causes delays whereby the WACA is unable to meet delivery conditions listed above, you will be notified and given the option to cancel or change your order.
